Community Service Block Grant Agencies

Grant recipients and providers of services under the Community Services Block Grant (employment & training) to the economically disadvantaged through various education, employment, training, and emergency utility assistance, counseling, services for youth and medical support services.

Economic Development

Provides business assistance to employers and linkages to local, state, and federal programs with the purpose of increasing jobs. Also provides assistance in the areas of self-employment and entrepreneurship, from personal assessment, through the development of a business plan and identification of funding sources as well as technical assistance for the business owner once started.
